That is correct. He is claiming that Matt Morris is the 4th best STARTING pitcher on the cards, meaning he thinks Carpenter, Mulder and either Suppan or Marquis are better. But I smell b------- because he's been trying to trade for Morris, and Marquis and Suppan are both sitting on the waiver wire.
