It's tough to argue with him, that's for sure. What he's done is amazing. He trades prospects for the guys he needs, but still has a farm system to fill in for all the injuries. If only he won one more championship.
I'm also partial to Epstein--and it's not just the ring, although that's huge. It's what he's doing with the farm system.
Maybe some serious biased, but J.P in TO has done everything that he has said he would do since the day he got here. Not to say they are contedors quite yet, but you get the feeling that things are definitly going in the right direction.
The best GM's in the league are the ones that work with what they are given, and flounder nothing. J.P. was basically told for the first 4 years he was here, deal with no payroll, and oh, we want a contendor. He now has some more money to work with, and he is still focused on the prospects. Patience, and I can appriciate that.

I actually was going to mention his name but Toronto hasn't had enough success yet for me to stick him up there with names like Schurholtz, Beane, Jocketty, etc.
