Chuck LaMar. Lots of losing seasons, spent alot on Piniella.
Allan Baird KC
Bill Bavasi Seattle
Ed Wade, lots of losins, and a insane policy throughout organization of no pitch counts. That means they have no problem running a 19 year old class A sp out for 130 pitches.
Jim Bowden
Deposdesta took LA to playoffs last year. Had Bradley/Drew/Gagne not been hurt, LA would be on SD. It's not his fault Beltre didn't sign, LA put out a good offer.

He was probably just amazed at the garbage coming out of 80% of the other GM's mouths
1. Allard - KC is a COMPLETE mess
2. Bowden - for work with both Reds and Nats
3. Chuck LaMar (TB, right?) - only for hiring Lou, that's reprehensible enough
4. Cashman - if he can't grow the balls to tell the Boss how it is and actually be a GM, he might deserve to top this list
As for Hendry, he's a bit of a puzzle to judge because he's really pulled off some great trades but made a horrible choice of manager in Dusty Baker. All Dusty did was protect his players so much that they became spineless and crumbled under the pressure of a pennant race blaming everyone but themselves while ruining a great talent in Corey Patterson. I guess I need to put Hendry on the list because of Dusty if Chuck LaMar makes it for Pinella.
