Garagiola(sp?) Jr is D-Backs I think. Maybe not the worst but hasn't done well either. I'll also throw out Depodesta. Sure he's new but so far his results are pretty ugly.
All of the true things I am about to tell you are shameless lies

That's very true.
-But Bowden didn't sign Eric Milton to an $8+M/yr. deal.
-He didn't resign Jason Larue for a $3+M/yr. deal.
-He didn't resign D'Angelo Jiminez to a $2+M/yr. deal.
-He didn't implement an organization-wide minor league rule where all hitters MUST take a first-pitch strike to "help them learn patience"
-He's not sitting on his thumb, doing nothing with his four outfileders when they're at the peak of their value.
-He's not infatuated with certain horrible players (Machado, et al), that have never performed well and never will.... oh yeah, actually he is.
worst
1. Paul DePodesta
2. Brain Cashman
3. Houston GM (can't think of his name at the moment, but he got his lunch handed to him this past offseason.)

Everyone hates on DePodesta but I don't know why. Wasn't last year his first year on the job? And he got the Dodgers to the playoffs for the first time in like 10 years. Why is he so awful? The team would be right up there with San Diego if they were completely healthy, battling for the division.

I thought Duquette was the work of Jim Duquette and the Colon trade was forced on him by Selig. He's not great, but those aren't good examples. Especially Zambrano.

Actually, the laundry list on Depodesta is long...
First off giving him credit for last season is akin to giving Billy Beane Credit for all of the work La Russa and Alderson did in Oakland.
Second off Repo-desta's signing of Valentin, Drew and Kent to go along with Bradley may have looked good on his excel spreadsheet, but everybody knew that they were going to have team chemistry problems galore, which is exactly what they are suffering from right now.
