Team [A] gets: Matt Cain, John Danks

Team [B] gets: Felix Hernandez

The team giving up Felix has the following Farm pitchers:

Felix Hernandez
Zach Duke
Jered Weaver
Greg Miller
Edison Voloquez
Bobby Jenks
Chris Lambert

Any thoughts on this? Felix is Felix, obviously, but Cain and Dank are two of the top pitching prospects and want to know if either has what it takes to be dominate, like people believe Felix will be.

Not sure about Dank but Cain is suppose to be the next best SP after Felix--but he's had some problems recently although he seemed to be back on track.

For me it's a no brainer--I'd take Felix over having both of them.

For prospects, as with other trades, my opinion is that I'd rather have 1 stud vs. 2 very good guys. So, I will always prefer the side that is getting the best player - and Felix is the best. So Team B.

Team B. Felix has the chance of being the best young pitcher to come to the majors in 20 years.

Danks is good, right up there with Volquez and Diamond in the Rangers system, and could be dominant as well. Cain is good, too. Unless you believe in the TINSTAAPP theory, then I would go with Felix. If you think that a quantity of pitching prospects is better than a quality, you might do the trade. Honestly though, I believe in this, but would still not trade King Felix.

i am high on danks, but i would still prefer to take felix over the both of them.... but i would not holler if i saw the trade go through in my keeper either though,,,, as danks and cain both have the chance to be very solid starting pitchers for many years.....

Even more with prospects. getting a mediocre prospect is like getting Ellis Burks.
