Activate Pedro?

My league makes weekly transactions. Should I activate Pedro today, assuming he won't throw enough innings to get credit for a win against St. Louis, or should I keep him on the DL and let Chris George throw? I think he's scheduled to pitch Friday.

It's probably not worth activating him this week. He only will pitch 2 or 3 innings and it's against a very hot Cards offense. He can't get the win, won't likely get many K's and could get lit up.
