Is this guy going to be good enough this year to deserve my third OF possition for the entire second half.....He seems to be pretty streaky, but there is ton of upside. He is the leadoff hitter on a good offensive ball club, and his OBP is really high because he is lightening fast and he takes a ton of walks.....He has shown some pop and the ability to steal bases as well....Is he too young to depend on despite all this upside?
Personally I think he will continue to put up some nice numbers and finish the season with over 100 runs scored and 20 stolen bases to go along with a .300 average.....Is this expecting too much from the kid? I've seen enough to believe.

I thinkyou are safe to assume that he will put up good numbers for the rest of the year. He is young but he plays on a good young team and I expect good things from all of them.

His plate discipline and OBP is really what makes me a believer....as long as hes on base i can rest assure that he will be driven in by guys like Pronk and Victor.

He'll have a good second half in my opinion..especially for a third outfielder.

I'm using him as my 3rd OFer in a 12 team league.
Batting leadoff on a good offensive team. He knows how to take a walk. Hits HR's and steals bases too.
PLUS his first name is "Grady" You just gotta love that.
I'm a believer.
What are you guys doing?

me too. I think he will only add power as well as he gets more comfortable and learns the pitchers. In his prime, I think he will get 30-30 numbers and be one of the top OF in the AL for a long time.

I'm still kicking myself that I cut him from my team in a 19team league in May...
