I know he has some issues with his legs right now. Will he ever start stealing bases again? I was counting on him for about 25 steals this year.

I would prepare yourself for the fact that he won't be stealing anymore this year. With his ankle injury, the Giants probably don't want to take any risks with him reinjuring it. Also, because Bonds bats two spots behind him normally, they probably don't want to risk running into outs. It's doubtful that he'll steal more than 5 bases the rest of the year.

Someone should tell him to just dive head first. Save the ankle for injuring itself, and hey, look how well it worked for Jeter.
