From Rotoworld this morning:
Chris Reitsma left Sunday's game after being hit in the ribs by a line drive.
He was able to pick up the ball and make the out at first, but he left the game immediately. He was in a great deal of pain and we wouldn't be surprised if he broke a rib or two, although initial x-rays were negative. More news to follow on Monday. ''It's no fun getting hit [by a ball going] 100 miles per hour,'' he said. ''It knocks your breath out. I thought I heard a pop. I thought I heard a break.'' The Braves still think he may have broked some ribs, and if he's out, we're guessing (gulp) that Danny Kolb will start trying to close games again for Atlanta. Jul. 11 - 1:10 am et
