usually torrents are pretty safe and in most places you get a torrent, if there's a virus, a spyware or watever in the file...someone usually posts saying so.

as for the .zip file soop...just do what perlick said...unzip all files to some folder in your computer...but make sure you know where you are unzipping it to...sometimes i unzip and forget where i put it... :-b

I'd never get a game or program through Bittorrent. There are too many files that you have no idea what they are that a virus could easily be in there.

I only get TV shows, movies and some music where I know what all the files are and their extentions.

more good sites are torrentspy.com and bitorrent.com, also there's one more but since I'm at work I'll look it up later but I strongly suggest torrentspy.com
