ACT Score

I got my ACT's back today and I got a 25 as a score. Is that any good? I have no idea what kind of score I want...thanx

26 is considered "good". The ACT is scored out of 36.

If I'm recalling correctly (I'm 31 so my info may be outdated), the highest possible score on the ACT is 32. I think the average score is 19 or 20.

I just got my scores, i think 25 is good. Check your percentile dude. I got a 28 and was in the 93rd, so 25 probably isnt to far off.

I know the school that to get into the school i want into I have to score a 21. So 25 should be good, unless your trying to get into Yale or Stanford.

Average ACT score required to be accepted at Stanford and Yale: 33

I got a 32, but that was 3 or 4 years ago, so it's probably outdated. I remember, at the time, that was a pretty good score. 25 seems a little above average. Not a bad score at all.

I remember I did a LOT better on the ACT than I did on the SAT.

Yeah, my average was a 32 (perfect math, average english, lower science, don't remember the fourth component). The composite average doesn't really matter; it's your planned major and the related scores. I'm going to be majoring in mathematics so the only thing that mattered was the math score (ACT and SAT).
