Can anyone tell me what is going on with these 2 players? Salmon didnt play yesterday and 0 for 1 today. Im guessing he's slightly hurt and pinch hit today but Hillenbrand was 1 for 1 now game is in 5th inning and he's out.

Salmon has a "deep bruise" on his left ankle after fouling a ball off it yesterday. He is listed as day-to-day.

Hillenbrand left with a strained oblique muscle. That seems like a possible DL injury.
