Millwood or Oswalt?

if you had to pick one from now on. Which one would you want?

Millwood. Oswalt struggled even before his injury. Millwood had that awesome no hitter too. So I'd definately go with Millwood.

IMO Millwood gives up too many hits and his ERA always is around the 3.50-4.00 mark. Go with Oswalt.

Millwood is 7-3 with a 3.20 ERA. He also has 76 K's and a 1.16 WHIP

now lets compare that to Oswalt:


Oswalt is 4-4 with a 3.10 ERA and has 69K's and a 1.28 WHIP.


Now as far as I see that gives Millwood the edge over Oswalt.



Now lets compare last years Oswalt with last years Millwood:




Millwood 18-8 with a 3.24 ERA and 178 K's and a 1.16 WHIP

Oswalt 19-9 with a 3.01 ERA and 208 K's and a 1.19 WHIP


That would give Oswalt the edge over Millwood last year. See what I'm saying. They're pretty much even except this year Millwood is better!

By your own admission, you said Oswalt struggled before his injury, which he did. Yet they are pretty close. I like Oswalt alot more. His career has been way more consistent, career era 2.91 to 3.73.
