How do you think he'll look in the 2nd half?
Will he end up with 25 wins?

No. He has been incredibly lucky so far. For him to even come close the first half would be a bonus IMO.

For 25 Wins, I'll take the Under. For 3.50 ERA, I'll take the Over. I'm not sold on this guy in the slightest.

Sell high... theres no way he duplicates his first half numbers. I'm not saying he'll drop off the face of the earth but you could probably get good value right now in order to fill some gaps on your team.

Sell high; I think the guy who has him has that idea, but I can buy low for Maggs. Should I buy for Maggs? What is he worth?

Well, it seemed to come out of the question of how Garland would do, but your direction helps. I'll just click that link. Thanks! ;-D
