Who did Sammy Sosa hit his first career home run off of, what team was he on, and what ballpark did it occur in?

In the fifth inning with one out (0-1 count) Sosa hit his first career home run off of Roger Clemens for the Texas Rangers and it was at Fenway. Incidentally Sosa batted leadoff in the game.
