Please rate my team or offer suggestions on where I need help or could use improvements. I am in a 10 team Head to Head League and am .533. I really want to win, so what do I need to get my team to the top?

...so I can upgrade Harang, but that is only 1 SP, I got beat bad in offense last week, but i feel my hitting is solid. any suggestions?

I would grab Penny or Byrd to replace Harang ASAP.
Your hitting looks very solid, the loss last week was likely a fluke- I would stand pat and see how this week goes before doing anything drastic.

Well, I am getting beat agian this week in both hitting and pitching. I am not winning (currently 85-74-10, 4th place), so there must be something i can improve. Right?

For a ten team league, I think your outfield is pretty weak. Granted they are good players, but not good enough for a ten team league.
