4 or 5 tool potential, but is it time to just let go? Does he still have value in keeper and dynasty leagues or is it time to cut him for newer prospects? Or will he make a 2nd half surge like he did last year?

Depends on for who. I had him in only one non-keeper and dropped him for Polanco as I can use the IF help and depth and my OF was loaded. No one will trade squat for him at this point.

That said, in a keeper, he is probably someone you want to hold onto unless their is someone with more potential on the wire.

I have dumped him for Sizemore, Ibanez, Mench, ect. over the last week from all of my teams.

Not sure why his all star potential never came to pass. I guess it still could, but I am guessing it won't be in Chicago. A change of scenery or hitting coaches is a must for C P.

I think the only way he can turn it around is if he gets traded. Hopefully it'll be to Colorado! :-D

I finally gave up on Patterson last week. Dealt him and Tyler Walker for Adam Everett and Nick Johnson.

I gave up on him awhile ago, some goomba dropped Torii Hunter (Blew my mind too) and I dropped Patterson for him, and ironically enough... Corey is still sitting in the FA pool. Big bust, I was very disappointed in him. :-t
