Finally Manny is returning back to the guy I thought I was getting with a third round pick after a slow start.

Since 5/31 (counting 2AB so far today):

14/26 10R 5HR 13RBI

I got so many people slumping right now it's good to see at least one of 'em is breaking out.

i hope that manny can prolong this hot hitting and end up streaking to .335/15/55 or so, enough to get him among the top 5 or 10 in HRs and RBIs. if he can end up in the upper tier of power hitters in the AL, or evne MLB, i think he's shaping up to the bargain that many like me thought he was on draft day. for a guy who's a chronic .330/40/120+ rbi guy with an ~8 year pedigree, middle to end of hte second round for him is pretty damn cheap.
