I probably should have read the question, I was just guessing as to who would actually win the award. Vlad just fits the age-old criteria of best player on the best team.

Based on pure numbers Roberts would be my first half MVP, his RC is just over 17% of his total team's RS which is the highest in the league and at a position with a lower replacement level than A-Rod's or Sheffield. The difference between B-Rob, A-Rod, and Tejada's production value is almost non-existent though.
