The guy has been on a hitting tear and is 3 for 3 with a run at the St. Louis Cardinals' place so far...

However, during this streak he hasn't really accumulated that many other stats that we are accustomed to.

Will he return to himself the second half with the runs and RBI coming now that he's hitting, or should we expect similar production to what he's had during this streak- a lot of hits, good average, and decent runs but just average everything else.

He is at least making contact now. He has been doubling a lot, and hitting the ball to the track. The HR are going to come. Expect 10-15 in the second half.

Not unless he starts using Roids again or finds a supplement for the Roids!

At this point, stick a fork in him imo. If you can find a fool willing to pay something decent for him, take it. I have soured on Helton as he is just not showing much and looks like a de-roided player.

Well I'm pretty sure Helton never used roids. The guy hasn't been plagued with injuries this season... its just that he's sucked big time at hitting ANYTHING, not just power.

Also, one of the former announcers for the rockies mentioned something about hearing that Helton was juiced, while he was doing color commentary for his new team. Then Helton heard about it and he got so mad that he got the Rockies Management to lock that guy out of the pressbox, infact he was locked out of the park even though he was supposed to do radio for the game!

Mentally, I pretty much accepted that he would suck and I'ved moved on, finding him a replacement in my lineup. At least now I'll be able to get a good pitcher for him!

Bonds compalins and denies using roids also...Only a few apologists around here believe him as everyone knows he is a roid boy. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck....
