if you're allowed to take players just drafted, Justin Upton is supposed to have ARod's skills and Bo Jackson's strength...that would make him #1 by a mile. What are player qualifications for being a "minor leaguer"? Weeks and BJ Upton are two good ones not mentioned. Then I like Marte, Quentin, Stewart, and Butler most, in no order.
