Whenver I go to the Jake I normally stop for some "tasty beverages" at a friend's house up near C-town so I'm not really sure on where exactly the best places to go are, but I've always been a fan of Panini's. It's a northeast Ohio bar/grill, known for their panini sandwiches, which are basically overstuffed sandwiches with coleslaw and fries on them, they run about 6-8 dollars depending on the size you get. There's one right over near Jacob's Field, on Huron I believe. Of course I may just be biased because I really like the Panini's that just opened up across the street from Canal Park (where the Aeros play) here in Akron.

I'm sure somebody else that frequents the area for pregame activities could probably suggest places that are better though.
One suggestion depending on how good/bad of seats you got, although none of the seats have a "bad view". They just opened the Batter's Eye bar just to the right of centerfield this year. There's tables that anyone can sit at out there that offer a view that'd probably be better than most upper deck seats or bleacher tickets IMO. I'm going to see how hard it is to get a seat out there on the 4th, when I go to the night game for $1 hotdogs with my bleacher tickets. Close proximity to beer, and dollar dogs is just too good of a combo.
