The USA would be pretty good in a World Cup format but I think they would get smoked if it was USA vs. the rest of the world in one game.

and plus, then we couldn't have the THIS TIME IT COUNTS bs.

The World team would be loaded. USA vs Venezuela, Cuba, or Domincian Republic alone would be good matches, then combine those 3 and they'd be stacked. :-o

I don't think USA vs. the World would even be interesting. USA would get it's teeth kicked in.

A game of these 2 teams would be real fun to watch, but it seems kind of arrogant to do USA vs WORLD. Why not Domincan vs World? or Venezuela vs World?

Yeah, those countrys could easily field teams of their own. Like Venezuela would have this retarded staff

Those two teams look almost exactly even to me. I'm also guessing the original poster was thinking of USA as including all MLB players, which it wouldn't. If it were MLB vs the world I think 'we'd' kick butt.
