If you ask me, Sheffield was almost smart with what he said. He preserved his own interests, which although it's selfish, in this case, I do think he has earned his right to say it. This is based on his performance and what he has done for the team- deferring money without interest but more importantly, playing through all year through an injury that made it so he couldn't even lift his arm above his head. :-°
