What moves do I need to make to solidify my team? (WHIR)

15 team 5x5 roto keeper league

Right now I am hanging in there, but my pitching is holding me back. Due to a bad start, I have been changing my strategy towards era, whip, & k's. I would like to get another decent closer, if possible.

I have been hanging on to Gagne for next season and am waiting for Chipper to return.

What do you guys reccomend?

Your pitchers are pretty weak. Don't have many AVG. hitters. I don't know what to tell you, a 15 team roto isn't that easy to uphold.

Gagne might not return to form for the rest of his career, I'm also hanging on to him cause I'm afraid if I drop him someone will pick him up and he'll be the horse he was. Plus A-Rod is your only real power hitter until Jones comes back.
