Per Rotoworld:
Josh Beckett left tonight's game after six innings with an apparent finger injury.
Beckett's skin tear apparently opened back up while he was warming up to pitch the seventh inning. He gave up one hit in six scoreless innings before leaving, but now it remains to be seen whether he'll pitch again before the All-Star break. Jun. 30 - 11:40 pm et

They just said on ESPN Radio that it was
not a blister, only a precaution since it was his first start back and the rain delays.

According to CBS Sportsline...
Josh Beckett, SP FLA
News: Josh Beckett left Thursday's game against the Braves due to his blister problem. He opened the skin while warming up before the seventh inning and was removed.
Analysis: Beckett had allowed only one hit in six scoreless innings before departing. It appears as if he will be sidelined again to let his injury heal properly - likely until after the All-Star break.
