Last Place and Rising, What Should I Do?

Ive been in last the whole year, and after slow starts and injuries im cruising, my team has been on fire lately, at the plate, not so much on the mound however. Im last in every pitching category but wins, and im punting saves. However, my recent surge has given me hope. What would you do in my situation. Any suggestions at who I should trade or who I should target while they are at a low value. Please help. Its an 8 team league. I know my pitching sucks, forget about that, just tell me what you would do if you had my team.

Ummm...I guess if you know that your pitching sucks you should try to improve it.

Even if you are surging there is no way you are going to win. Enjoy the ride and try to stay out of the cellar.

btw - I don't understand punting saves in an 8 team league. Unless every other team is carrying 4 closers there has to be some available.
