Pick Two from this List

Postby Jobu » Wed Jun 29, 2005 4:48 pm

I have two empty roster sports on my minor league roster in a deep league. I have identified the following as the top players available. Any opinions as to which two I should take? Ideally, I'd like a guy who can make an impact sooner rather than later, but I realize we aren't in the first tier here.

K. Suzuki
J. Herrera
O. Quintanilla
J. Baker
R. Sweeney
B. Moss
Y. Betancourt
M. Hinckley
P. Humber
R. Harvey
J. Votto
F. Nieve

Thanks!

Thanks. Anyone else?

I am leaning to R. Sweeney and someone else, but not sure who.

I like Nieve and Quintanilla or Betancourt. A lot of extraordinarily high strikeout rates for the hitters on that list. One per game at AA isn't going to cut it in my book. I think Nieve and Betancourt are the closest to the majors out of that group, too.

I'd say Moss and Betancourt.

took the words out of my mouth although with the way morse has been performing he may have short locked down with Lopez filling into second in seattle which could mean less time for betancourt but i thinkhe needs to atleast be given a look
