seriously though just delete your cookies and history. its still possible to tell where you have been but as long as you do that i would think you wouldnt have any problems unless they were really trying to pin something on you in which case you are probably already screwed. from what i have heard, seems like the IT guys also enjoy surfing around.

Yeah, if you're worried about Internet-type data, there's nothing on your computer that they don't already have on their servers. If they want to fry you for something you did online, you're already screwed. Just don't put the stuff in plain sight and you should be fine.

not really...I dont work in the corporate office so I am not on the network. That is why I am kind of worried, they might want to find out what I have been out in the field for the last few years. My company is kind of anal about security stuff. I did all the normal deletes but I know stuff is saved in other places and I just want to make sure I cover them all.

Delete cookies. Delete Temp Files. Delete Offline Files. Clear Browser History. Do a search on .jpegs and gifs to find any pictures inappropriate and all...run a spy sweep
