Suggestions On Crazy Glueing My Staff Together

With Schilling and Pedro both on the DL, and minimal talent on the FA agent, I got to keep my staff together enough to hold on until Pedro and Schill are back. My staff looks like this:

Contreras
W. Miller
Wolf
Willis

I need any ideas I can get
