how frustrating! I can't take it much more...I'd rather have a guy in everyday. How do the Twins expect Mauer to get into any kind of groove?

facing a lefty today + a 1 est game tomorrow= mauer sits.
i would much rather have mauer's #s when he starts than some scrub catcher.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Why start a scrub catcher that is going to kill your avg and obp?

Rumor Alert:
It has been rumored that Mauer's many days off coincide with Colorado Rapid games in the MLS. Using the name Mike Petke, he has only taken one shot in 450 minutes of action.

i was speaking out of frustration b/c my offensive numbers are so down; i dont currently have a backup for mauer, and my roster wont allow one right now, so i dont even bother reading up on matchups, etc.

i dont have a backup either but i would rather have an 0-0 than an o-4 from some scrub.
