Wladimir Balentian - A Seattle prospect who has a ton of power.
Javier Herrera - in the Oakland organization, being compared to Delmon Young.
Wladdy is mainly a power prospect for the M's. Everyone is aware of his big power potential, but most think he will never have the plate discipline to ever become that good. If things go alright and he developes some, he could be an OF with 25+ HR pop .... but nothing really more.
Javy, ummm where did you hear the Delmon comparisons? I'd never listen to that person again, he would be quite possibly the last person you want to listen to. Just to let you know how bad the comparison is, well Herrera is already older then Delmon and is still in Low A .... while Delmon is in AA (soon to be AAA).
On Herrera as a prospect though, he is a nice emerging hitter in the A's system. As an A's prospect he does walk a good amount, though he really K's to much ... about a third of his AB's are K's right now. He has some nice pop that could develope some, though he isn't projected to be a big power hitter. Also he has very good speed, pretty much a possibly 5-tool OF though he has a ways to go.
