How's my team lookin? WHIR

how's my team looking? In the past few weeks i moved garland and n.johnson for Konerko, and c.patterson and a.jones for ichiro (which isn't looking too good right now w/ jones hittin the hell out of the ball). Any suggestions on moves to make? Right now i see my weak spots as SS, 3B, and i wouldnt mind picking up another stud sp somehow (possibly packaging one of my 1b along w/ either mench or alou and/or a sp like webb, morris, lowe or davis).
