Do I need to trade to make up for Vladi's absense?

I am in an 8 team roto league. Here is my team after many trades. I am currently in 1st. Do you think I need to trade to make up for Vladi (even though he hasn't done much anyway) or will I win the league?

Well, you need to give more information, such as what position players you have to start, who is on your bench, etc. For example, I don't see any catcher on your roster. So, post more information about your league setup to get more detailed advice.

In general, you're going to want to wait to see how long Vlade will be out before considering making a trade. If it's only going to be a few weeks, you are probably better off riding it out and getting someone off the wire to cover it. In addition, if there are decent players on waivers that you can use, you're better off doing that than trading away something of value for a temporary fill in.

Well, in an 8 team league, you should be able to find several servicable outfielders on waivers. I would just use one of them for now, because Vlad will probably miss less than a month.
