I'm steadily improving on my batting cats, but am still in last place. What could I do to improve?

I'm in a 10 team roto league

I really don't think Hillenbrand is the answer at 3b in a ten team league. I like your pitching, though I'm not sure how you're first in saves unless you traded away some closers. Post your ww, so we can see who is out there. For now, I'd think about benching Helton, and playing Overbay, and finding a better DH on the ww than Erstad (why is he on your team?)
There's not much you can do about your of, a bunch of underperformers to this point, except sit still and hope they turn it around. You won't get enough for them to make it worth your while.

Potential Sell Highs: Myers (hopefully leaguemates haven't noticed his return to form), Beckett (history suggests blisters will come back, get what you can), and as much as I hate to say it (Sox fan), Tek is a good sell high for a catcher. I don't think catchers make or break a fantasy team, there are generally solid numbers to be found on the ww, especially in a ten teamer (see Lo Duca, Barrett, and AJ) and he is performing at career high levels right now. Look for the summer heat to take him down a peg. Good luck.

Help me out??

I need runs that's why I have Erstad

3B Hillenbrand will be ok while I wait for Chipper Jones.

Any other ideas?
