Mauer hasn't seemed to do much the last 3 weeks or so Inge has been solid! Does Mauer have a good 6 game home streak against weaker teams? Does he play all 6 games? Or does Inge continue to be better the better ranked catcher?

I got 'em both. I can't figure Mauer's PT out. He sits at least 2-3 times per week. It seems like he can't get going because his PT is so sporadic. I'm sticking with Inge. At least you know that he is going to play.
With that being said...watch Mauer light it up this week...

Mauer's playing time, or lack thereof, is really aggravating me too. I stuck him in on Sunday instead of Kendall looking for some power, but it end up costing me Kendall's huge day and at least one cat. I don't think he can be worth the risk of no numbers 2-3 days a week! I'm forced to go with Kendall daily now (which is OK, he's heating up), but if I found some rhyme or reason to Mauer's spot starting I'd love to stick him in periodically.
This is a serious Fantasy baseball issue and something that needs to be solved! Here I go to research some numbers, hopefully I'll be back with some results!

mauer got sunday off because it was a day game after a night game. probably should have saw that one ccoming. since mauer has come back from the dl he starts atleast 5 games a week. of course inge is going to play more than him, he is not a catcher. if you play a true catcher, then he is not going to play evryday. i believe the twinkies will be playing mauer a lot more frequently come august and september once they are in the thick of a wild card push
