I would say that regarless he has to be considered a top 7 keeper player for the next 5 years. He may not be his usual self at all this year, but he is still young and should bounce back very nicely next year. My keeper ranking would now be:
1. Soriano
2. Arod
3. Pujols
4. Prior
5. Zito
6. Vlad
7. Mulder/Oswalt

Post some of the trade offers that you are getting would likely make it easier to give you specific advice.
In general, it depends on whether you are playing to take it all this year or if you are looking to build to create a powerhouse for years to come, at some sacrifice of the present. If you're playing to win this year, and you are being offered a couple of solid players for Vlad, especially players that would be nice keepers themselves, I think you have to go for it. If you don't think that this year is your year and you are looking to build for next year and beyond, you want to hold on to Vlad unless you are totally blown away.
