I have a team like that...between injuries and horrible years, this team is buried in 10th place with virtually no chance of recovery.
Granted, its just a public league, but my first 11 rounds are about as busted as it gets...
1- Todd Helton (11th pick)
2- Carl Crawford
3- Curt Schilling
4- Adam Dunn
5- Nomar Garciaparra
6- Tim Hudson
7- Hideki Matsui
8- Corey Patterson
9- Guillermo Mota
10 - Jason Kendall
11 - Odalis Perez
Funny thing is, I felt ok after the draft with that team....had some power, some speed, some high average guys...along with a couple big name starters. Schilling has spent most of the year on the shelf, same with Nomar, now Hudson is out, Mota lost his job, Odalis Perez is still out, Helton and Kendall have been healthy but complete fantasy busts, Patterson/Crawford/Matsui/Dunn have been adequate but certainly not one of them has provided more than the absolute minimums you would expect.
But wait....there's more

I also had Brandon Lyon before he went down, and "stole" Mike Lowell off waivers to replace the worthless Michael Cuddyer.
This whole team is almost the who's who of terrible years and/or injuries. Roto scoring and I'm already 50 points out of first. Is it even worth trying, or just set your daily lineups and mail it in?
If anyone has a worse top-10 picks, I'd like to see
