Please rate my team - I need help

I'm in last in a 14 team h2h league, but I don't think this season is a total wash because the league is so competitive. I had a rough start but have been doing much better lately. I'd like to sell high on Hall maybe in a deal with Wilson. But how should I focus on improving my team? I'm pretty happy with the pitching now. I'd just like to get some guys who will be more solid for the rest of the year.

The main problem I see with your team is a lack of power. You could wait for Helton to turn around, if he ever does, or try and offer one of your second tier pitchers like Ol. Perez and B. Hall for some power. Your pitching is pretty for a 14 team league with 2 legit studs. If you are willing to part with Halladay or Oswalt, you might be able to get the hitter your team desperately needs, like Manny Ram. You are in last place, might as well shake up your team a little by empasizing power.

Your main problem is that Helton and Ichiro have been underperforming. Ichiro is turning it around. If Helton ever does, then you will be more competive.
