Which team more worth the effort to maintain?

Hello All... Newbie here but not new to fantasy baseball. As we approach the midpoint of season, we all decide if our teams have a chance..

I at the start of season drafted 3 yahoo teams in various leagues
(they are 12 team leagues from all of MLB and are not keeper and are 5x5)

One of my teams is definitely out of it and other 2 are right in contention.. Just would like opinions as to which of other 2 (listed below) would you think is better suited to make a run

Hmm.. I think team #2 is better. Looks like your postional players are better and your pitching is better!

Team 1 has slightly better pitching.
Team 2 has way better offense.

So I'd say Team 2
