Aside from Schilling and Hudson, that looks like a group of guys I wouldn't have had any problem cutting if I needed a DL spot for a quality player.
I just laughed everytime I heard somebody say they had DL woes and Joe Borowski was taking up one of their spots.
Lyon has red flags around him too, and we've known for a while he was done until after the break.
Benitez is out a while, and his return seems a big question.
Escobar has been worthless since his first DL trip.
Thomson is a back-end of the rotation strarter, basically a guy you could replace via the FA pool.
Schilling and Hudsoon are the only 2 remaining on my roster. I was holding onto Escobar on hopes he might come back soon...obviously not. The others have bit the dust a long time ago. My point was that almost my entire staff has been turned over thanks to injuries. You would think a draft that had Schilling, Hudson, C. Zambrano, Maddux, Escobar, Thomson on it would not be pathethetic...obviously not. Not a one of them has panned out.
