Their autograph worth has nothing to do with play on the field, it has to do with supply and demand.
For example, since 2000, Willie Mays has done 35 autograph signings. Pedro has done 3, all private signings. Bonds has also done 3. With one coming last year and the first two coming in 2000 and 2001.
So, you can see why Mays is much cheaper.
Neither Pedro or Bonds sign at the ballyard either.
