I don't know ...

It could easily be said that Kevin Brown is responsible for Petco Park. If he doesn't come here in '98, the Padres dont win the pennant, and we don't get a new ballpark.


And the BIGGEST waste of money is easily Darren Driefort. The Dodgers have been paying him 11 million a year for the last three years.

At least Mike Hampton pitched.

Baseball players getting paid 10 times more then firemen and cops, its rediculious, the play a childrens game and travel and eat for free, and they bitch and moan and strike about 10 million instead of 12 million, its just ridiculious

The Tigers paid Damian Easley $13 million in the final year of his contract. The best part was the Tigers paid him to play for the D-Rays that entire season. A contract that screwed two team. ;-D
