Should I pick this cat up? His he actually going to ride the pine when Erstad gets back? If so, how?

3 straight multihomer games is an amazing feat, no doubt, but that's about all he'll ever do. He'll pick up some AB here and there when Erstad comes back, but I wouldn't expect too much.

Erstad Anderson Salmon in the OF, Fullmer DH.

I picked him up just to play Monday. He isn't going to play much when Erstad is back, but I would expect Erstad to get a couple days off early on, Salmon will get a rest now and then, DaVanon to RF, Salmon to DH, Fullmer to the bench could happen, DaVanon already has taken AB's away from Salmon as a defensive replacement. DaVanon's emergence and Salmon's slump made me cut bait on Timmayyy. Fullmer owners, Salmon owners, even Erstad owners should watch those line-ups if you can.
