a top pitchin prospect a year ago. He had some surgury and is now featuring in the giants bullpen. Can he possibly be moving into their rotation with schmidt looking like he's on the move

If they get rid of some people their is that chance. However, Foppert was just in the rotation and was moved out of it mainly due to his problems walking guys, until that gets straightened out he isn't worth owning really. Of course if your in a big keeper, then you could probably hold onto him.
