Buy low pitchers?

I realize this is the wrong forum, but it does apply to getting a buy low pitcher. How little could I attempt to give up in trying to accquire RJ?

I just traded B Myers and Dempster for him.

Then what does it matter how little you can attempt to give? You already MADE THE TRADE.

i like od perez as a buy low right now too. sheets, huddy, RJ, schilling, and to an extent Johan are the big name buy lows as of now (and all 5 of them are on my team )
