What do you guys think of the A's bringin this kid up again?

I watched him a little last year and he seemed pretty good to me. I used him for about 3 starts. I think he won two of em. Any news out there this year?

He lost 20 pounds in the offseason and has better command of all of his pitches this year. He lost the 5th starter job because of one bad outing in spring training where he gave up 8 runs in one inning. They sent him down to triple A because they thought he was tipping his pitches. He must have corrected that problem because he was 7-2 with a 2.38 era and almost a K an inning so far this year down in triple A.

I like Harang. People are so slow to catch on and pick up a guy. If Willis is already gone, and you still have an open spot, I'd grab Harang while the bidding is low. The guy was very good last year, and has now had a year to reflect on his prior experience. He also plays on a very good team. I'd stash him on the bench NOW, if at all possible. Don't wait until he has a good game because, by then, it'll be too late.
