He will not stay hot. Look at the team he is on. He will have little streaks but I don't think he is worth starting everyday

he went crazy for a while before earlier in the season. then he sucked until he even lost his regular playing job. i don't know if he'll get that bad again, but he won't stay this good.

if you want a professional opinion, talk to hybrid....

i'll say that he's a decent prospect. he should improve in the next few years, but he's a servicable option now in deeper leagues.

Like Larry Merchant, I will agree with Foreman. He has had a great bat the whole way up to the majors and should pan out as a decent hitter. Right now he is not a bad option if you have a hole at 2B or 3B.

Bottom line, .306/11/41 is for real. Hitters have streaks, that is what they do. I really believe Cantu to be the next Nomar. What more do you need to know about a players mental make-up when he is hitting 3rd in the line-up for a team with all kinds of Drama and hitting 2 HRs in Yankee stadium.

Give this guy some credit, he's a great option at 2B.

Agreed. ;-D If a hitter is as good as his numbers as they say, Cantu is a very good 2B.

.306/11/41 is GREAT for a second basemen this time of year. I mean, those should be Huff's numbers thus far. :,-(
