Rios plays every day and will give you decent average and speeed, sometimes RBI's, but his power is undeveloped. Maybe someday it will be there, but not this year. Even playing half-time Gibbons would probably give you better power numbers.
The best part of Rios' game is actually his defence, he's got a wicked arm in RF, and runners are rightfully scared to go for extra bases against him. Best OF arm the Jays have had since Jesse Barfield. Of course, none of this will be helpful to you in any way in fantasy ball.
