Has anybody been watching him? He seems to be getting hit around pretty good since he came back from injury. Is this just rustiness from time off (making him a good buy-low), or is he doing something drastically different from last year?

No, he had 3 straight quality starts coming into this start, and his only problem today was he had to face Derek Lee.

I'm concerned a bit about the HR's. He's still getting the K's and not BBing a lot but those HR's are killing him right now. But he missed a lot of time and might not be 100% yet. Still a good buy low candidate.

I have Sheets and saw the game today and almost puked. Why the hell anyone is still pitching to Derrek Lee is beyond me. Either walk him outright, or pitch around him. Sheets was going right at him with fastballs down the middle. Some stupid pitch calling, IMO.
I now believe that the reason Lee has not cooled off is that he's still being pitched to. That's just stupid. For a guy that's been as hot as he has been, you have to pitch to him like you would Pujols or Bonds.
I am concerned that Sheets is giving up so many HR. Between him, RJ, and Pavano (all on my team), I'd swear they have a bet to see who can let up the most long balls.
I am the Master. Don't question the Master. Just do what he says and be proud.

You shouldn't be worried about the HR. Even last year, during his breakout season, he gave them up. Unfortunately, power pitcher like Sheets are prone to the long ball when someone runs into a fastball. His support #'s are still really strong, and gradually the HR #'s will fall as they did last year.

I like him a lot for the second half. In fact, I'm trying to work a buy-low with his owner, but he's a recalcitrant S.O.B. and I may have to buy at value.
And, if it works out, hope I'm right about the second half.
